Ms. Jill Crossley, Principal

  Mrs. Crossley

I am very honored to serve as the Principal of Guerrero Elementary School. I have been working in education for the past 21 years. I started my career while my family was stationed with the Army at Camp Zama, Japan.  I worked for 6 years on Atsugi Navy Base teaching 5th grade at Shirley Lanham Elementary School. This was a very exciting time in my life, but one that had to end once my family was transferred to El Paso.  My first job in EPISD was as a 2nd grade teacher at Dr. Nixon Elementary.  After two years, I became the Literacy Coach and held that job for 10 years with the final years being at Bliss Elementary.

I am a graduate of Delaware Valley High School in Milford, Pennsylvania.  I earned Bachelor of Science (Elementary Education) and Master of Education (Reading) degrees from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania.  I also earned a Master of Science (Library Science) degree from the University of North Texas.
